Ratlam jeweller absconds with gold worth Rs 3 crore!
A trader from Sarafa Bazar has absconded after duping seven traders of Ratlam amid rising gold prices. Traders have lodged a complaint with the police in this matter. police is trying to trace the trader. police has recovered the trader's scooter. A trader dealing in gold and silver in chandni Chowk area of Ratlam has absconded. The trader's name is being reported as jeevan Soni. police has recovered the scooter of the missing trader from near Chaupal Sagar in Ratlam. Manak Chowk police station says that jeevan Soni (father Radheshyam Soni), who runs a shop by the name of Bhavika Jewellers in chandni Chowk, is missing.
In this case, traders of Sarafa Bazar have lodged a complaint against jeevan Soni for absconding with about 4 kg of gold. After the disappearance of jeevan Soni, information about the shop's employees is not available. The traders suspect that jeevan Soni has duped them by taking them into confidence. On the other hand, the police say that the rest of the information will be available only after jeevan Soni is found.
The trader's mobile is also switched off
Several traders in the market had gold and silver business with bullion trader jeevan Soni. Traders in the market keep exchanging gold and silver and jewellery with each other. According to CSP Abhinav Warange, a complaint has been received in the matter. Further investigation is being done in this matter. It is said that when other traders called to contact trader jeevan Soni, the mobile was also found switched off. The last location of the mobile is said to be Ratlam.
