Gyanvapi case should be transferred to allahabad High Court
supreme court advocate vishnu Shankar Jain told ABP news in a conversation regarding the varanasi Gyanvapi case that today we have a special demand regarding the matter related to the Gyanvapi case that this sensitive case should now be heard by the allahabad High Court. A bench of three judges should conduct the original trial in the allahabad High Court.
We have filed a petition in the supreme court regarding this. This is a matter related to faith, there is a possibility of legal and constitutional contradiction. Therefore, the entire case should be heard in the high court and it should be heard under the fast track court there. Earlier we saw that the case of Shri ram Janmabhoomi was also heard in the High Court. Apart from this, there are 15 such civil suits related to krishna Janmabhoomi Shahi Idgah, which are being heard in the allahabad High Court.
