Families of bus marshals pleading for livelihood but LG sahab...?
aam aadmi party leader dilip Pandey has accused Lieutenant governor Vinay Saxena on the issue of marshals in DTC buses in Delhi. He said that the arvind kejriwal government in delhi had deployed bus marshals in 2015, its purpose was to make mothers and sisters feel safe in delhi buses, but lg Vinay Saxena removed them in 2023.
dilip Pandey said that lg Saxena says that DTC buses have CCTV, panic buttons, there is no need for bus marshals. 10500 bus marshals are not getting salary for many months, a proposal has been passed in the delhi Assembly. He said that bus marshals should get employment.
'Marshals are pleading for their livelihood'
The AAP leader also said, "The families of bus marshals are pleading for their livelihood. lg has become inhuman, he is not paying heed to them. The proposal was passed in the assembly, sent to lg, but his heart did not melt."
'Will meet lg on 3rd October'
The aam aadmi party leader further said, "A proposal was passed in the delhi assembly that bjp and AAP MLAs will meet lg on 3rd October. This time bjp has agreed on bus marshals, bjp should not break its promise. It should take care of the families of 10,000 bus marshals of Delhi. bjp had agreed, it should not go back on its promise." He said, "Let's go to lg, let's confirm the appointment of bus marshals. Tomorrow AAP MLAs and ministers will go to lg, bjp people also came. lg should give instructions with a time limit, regarding bus marshals."
