Tiranga Nyay yatra from Bharatpur to jaipur stopped…?


Kaccha Parkota protesters clashed with police in Dausa today (Friday). Members of Kacha Parkota Sangharsh Samiti were angry with the stopping of Tiranga Nyay Yatra. They staged a sit-in protest against the police in Mahua. It may be noted that people living on Kacha Parkota had started the Tiranga Nyay yatra on 15th august demanding lease from Bharatpur Municipal Corporation. The state government has ordered to issue lease of houses to people living on Kacha Parkota on the banks of Kacha Canal in Bharatpur city.

It has been said in the order that lease of houses should be issued to people living on Kacha Parkota by depositing the fee by 10th August. It is alleged that the Municipal Corporation administration did not act on the government's order. When the Municipal Corporation did not issue lease of houses, Kacha Parkota protesters left for the Chief Minister's office from Bharatpur. The Tiranga Nyay yatra of the protesters reached Mahua in Dausa on Friday. police stopped the members of Kachha Parkota Sangharsh Samiti from going to Jaipur.

Kachha Parkota agitators got angry due to stopping of Tiranga Nyay Yatra

Agitators clashed with police due to stopping of Tiranga Nyay Yatra. police did not allow Tiranga Nyay yatra to go to Jaipur. The agitators sat on dharna and raised slogans against the police. Patron and former councilor of Kachha Parkota Sangharsh Samiti Indrajit Bhardwaj said that thousands of people are demanding distribution of lease from Bharatpur Municipal Corporation. When the demand is not met, it was decided to take out a Tiranga yatra and march to Jaipur. Mahua police stopped the convoy of Tiranga Nyay yatra from going to Jaipur. He said that the chief minister himself is a resident of Bharatpur. Still the Municipal Corporation administration is not listening. Now Kachha Parkota Sangharsh Samiti has decided that the dharna will continue till the government committee arrives.
