AP Budget: 3 or 7 This is the magic with these two numbers..!

AP budget meetings are going on. Chandrababu's government will introduce the budget in the assembly on Wednesday. Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav is ready to present the budget. But there is a big debate on this. Whether it is a complete budget... or a national account budget... is now a matter of debate. Because the full budget means the budget tobe presented for a period of seven months from august to next March. Againthe new budget will come in april next year anyway.

What is being introduced for this seven-month period is currently being calleda full budget. Apart from that, if there is a possibility to introduce only for the period of three months August, September and October , then it has to be seen as Otan account budget. Currently, the state government is struggling in this regard. But a decision has already been reachedand the budget copies have also been prepared. Which budget is actuallybeing introduced? What is the benefit to the government if any budget is introduced? What is the loss? It should be seen.

If you look at the full-scale budget, it is for a period of seven months, so if the budget is made now, there is a possibility of financial burden on the government. Because the already announced schemes should be clearly included in this budget. Similarly allocations should also be done for them. However the financial condition of the state does not seem to be able to support the respective schemes.With this, it is not possible for the Chandrababu government to introduce a complete budget for the period of seven months and the second one is Oton Account Budget. That is , the budget tobe introduced for the three months of August, September, and October . In this, even if funds are not allocated for welfare schemes, even if there is no mention of welfare schemes, there is no need to ask, but no one has the need to ask.
