The election commission has announced by-elections in 13 assembly constituencies of seven states of the country. By-elections are also to be held in three assembly constituencies of Himachal Pradesh. By-elections will be held in Dehra, hamirpur and Nalagarh assembly constituencies in Himachal Pradesh. Voting will be held in these three assembly constituencies on July 10 and the results will be declared on July 13. Meanwhile, Himachal congress Working President Chandrashekhar targeted the opposition party BJP. Himachal congress Working President Chandrashekhar said that the bjp has deliberately put the burden of by-elections on the people of the state. He held leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur responsible for this.

Also made allegations against former independent MLAs

Chandrashekhar said that bjp earlier used money power to buy six congress MLAs and also instigated three independent MLAs to resign. Chandrashekhar alleged that three independent MLAs resigned from their membership under the influence of money power. Because of this, today the public is unnecessarily bearing the burden of by-elections.

Chandrashekhar said that the leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur wants to grab the Chief Minister's chair. He said that for this he is not even shying away from unethical means. He accused the leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur and the bjp of conspiring to topple the government. Chandrashekhar said that the bjp leaders have put the burden of by-elections on the public for their personal interests. He said that the people of himachal pradesh have already completely rejected the politics of horse-trading and defection. Now in the coming time, the bjp will have to data-face defeat in the by-elections of three seats as well. Chandrashekhar said that the bharatiya janata party should apologize to the people of the state for this conspiracy.
