Former haryana Chief minister and senior congress leader Bhupendra Singh Hooda on wednesday targeted the BJP. He said that the slogans of the bjp are becoming ineffective and the public is making them aware of the ground reality. Bhupendra Singh Hooda also accused the bjp of adopting divisive tactics on the basis of caste and religion. He alleged that the bjp has no issue and it only wants to make people fight on the basis of caste and religion.

Bhupendra Singh Hooda said that the people of the country have shown the mirror to the bjp when it claimed that the nda would win 400 seats in the lok sabha elections. He said that electoral success is not achieved only by slogans but by hard work. The congress leader said in rohtak that the slogans of the bjp are becoming ineffective and the public is making them aware of the ground reality. The congress also gained in vote share which rose to 43.67 per cent from 28.42 per cent in 2019.

Referring to the withdrawal of support by three independent MLAs from the Nayab Singh saini government last month, bhupinder singh Hooda reiterated that the governor should dismiss the minority bjp government in the state and elections should be held as soon as possible. The congress leader also praised the people of haryana for not falling prey to the BJP's deceptive strategies.

Pointing to a significant improvement in the electoral performance of the congress, bhupinder singh Hooda said the india Block secured a combined vote share of 47.61 per cent in Haryana. The Congress' vote share has increased significantly from 28 per cent in 2019 to nearly 48 per cent (Congress and AAP), while the bjp saw its vote share decline from 58 per cent (in 2019) to 46.11 per cent. Preparations are in full swing for the assembly elections in the state to be held in October.
