Cyclists Jaspreet-Kshitij reached highest polling booth?

Lok Sabha elections are in the seventh and last phase in Himachal Pradesh. The State election commission is continuously trying to ensure that more and more people vote in the lok sabha elections. State election Commission's election icon Jaspreet Paul and his colleague Kshitij Niltu traveled 630 kilometers on bicycle from shimla to Tshigang, the world's highest polling booth. At a height of 15 thousand 256 feet, both the cyclists gave the message to vote as much as possible.

Both the cyclists cycled 630 kilometers in seven days in the difficult terrain of Rampur, Juri, Bhavanagar, Wangtu, Reckong Peo, Pooh, Khab, Nako, Kaza and Spiti. Along with Langja, both of them reached Kaumik, the world's highest motorable road-connected village at an altitude of 15 thousand 049 feet, via Hikkim. During the last phase of the cycling expedition, both the cyclists cycled to a height of 12 thousand 984 meters. There are 37 male and 25 female voters in Tashigang.

'If there is 100 percent voting, Tshigang will come again'

Talking to the voters of Tashigang, Jaspreet Paul said that it is a matter of pride for him to reach out to make people aware. On the way, he met thousands of people in three districts and appealed to vote. The love I have received from people during this journey is making me stronger towards democracy. He has promised the people of Tashigang that if there is 100 percent voting on june 1, he will once again come here on a bicycle to express their gratitude.
