After the withdrawal of nominations for the by-elections of assembly constituencies along with the lok sabha elections in Himachal Pradesh, now 37 candidates are in the fray for four parliamentary constituencies and 25 candidates for the by-elections of assembly constituencies. Two nominations have been returned in shimla and one in Kangra. Apart from this, no nominations were withdrawn from hamirpur and Mandi. Similarly, for the by-elections of assembly constituencies, two nominations each were returned in Sujanpur and Gagret, while no nominations were returned from Dharamshala, Lahaul Spiti, Kutlahar and Badsar.
