Plasma stolen from hospital, CCTV wires found cut!


A case of plasma theft has come to light in Jaipur, Rajasthan. After this, the in-charge of the blood bank of JK Lone Hospital has been blamed. The Bhajan Lal Sharma government of rajasthan has removed him. Officials said on friday that an investigation has been conducted by the government in the matter. In the investigation, Dr. Satyendra Chaudhary has been found guilty of negligence in monitoring. At the same time, a case has been registered against an employee who stole plasma.


Actually, a lab technician of the hospital was found stealing plasma from the blood bank last Sunday. After this, action has been taken against the blood bank in-charge. Additional Chief Secretary of Medical and health Department, Shubhra Singh said that Satyendra Chaudhary has been removed from the post with immediate effect. He is currently placed in APO (Awaiting Posting Orders). That means they will have to wait for their next posting.


The wires of the blood bank's CCTV camera were broken.

Shubhra Singh said that lab technician Kishan Sahay Kataria has also been suspended and an FIR has been registered against him. In this matter, the committee investigated and presented its report in which it was stated that CCTV cameras were not available for recording the blood bank. The wires of the CCTV camera installed in the plasma store room were broken and the camera was also tampered with. Therefore, disciplinary action will be taken against Dr. Satyendra Chaudhary and Kishan Kataria.


It was used for this purpose instead of treatment

At the same time, this committee is also finding out for how long plasma was being stolen from the hospital. This information has also come to light that plasma was not used for patients but for making proteins. Whereas the lab technician was selling plasma to private hospitals. The suspended lab technician is still absconding and is being searched.
