After the elections in Mewar Vagad of rajasthan on 26th April, the political activity had cooled down but once again it has gained momentum. The reason behind this is that a notice has been issued to Banswara mla and arjun Bamnia, who was a minister in the congress government, from the election Department. The reason behind issuing the notice is that former minister Bamnia issued objectionable statement on PM narendra modi while addressing the election rally.  In fact, before voting on 26th April, prime minister Narendra Modi's meeting was held in Banswara on 21st April. During the meeting, PM Modi, along with attacking congress, also talked about the development work done by bjp in Vagad. After this, when congress raised controversy over PM's address, bjp candidate from Banswara lok sabha seat Mahendra Jeet Singh Malviya had said that PM Modi had not even talked about urban Naxal regarding tribals.  Whereas Congress's Banswara mla arjun Singh Bamania, while addressing an election meeting, had said that the prime minister called the tribal youth 'Naxalites'. A complaint was lodged in the election Department regarding this statement. On which notice has been issued to former minister Bamnia.

 The election officer said this

 District election Officer collector Dr. Inderjit Singh Yadav said that the Chief Electoral Officer had received a complaint against mla arjun Singh Bamnia, on the basis of which a notice has been issued as per the instructions received from the election Commission. Generally, there is a time period of 4 to 5 days in which reply is sought. Let us tell you that a complaint was made in this matter on May 1. After this a notice has been issued. congress had supported Bharat Adivasi party on Banswara lok sabha seat. Whose candidate is Rajkumar Rot.
