The nomination process for all seven lok sabha seats in delhi ended on monday (April 6, 2024). Now personal information about the candidates has also started coming out. As far as rich candidates are concerned in terms of total assets, bjp candidate from North east delhi manoj tiwari has emerged as the richest candidate. bjp candidate from South delhi, Ramveer Singh Bidhuri is at second place. At the same time, the name of West delhi candidate Mahabal Mishra is at number three. Kanhaiya Kumar, the congress candidate from North east delhi, has the least assets.

Manoj Tiwari is the richest

Bhojpuri singer-turned-politician manoj tiwari is the richest among the major candidates of bjp, aam aadmi party and congress contesting for the lok sabha elections in Delhi. His total wealth is Rs 28.05 crore. manoj tiwari is contesting elections from North east delhi for the third consecutive time on bjp ticket. In the income tax return for 2022-23 filed before the election Commission, he has stated that his declared income is Rs 46.25 lakh. Source of income is singing and acting and salary as an MP. He completed his BA (Hons.) from Banaras Hindu university (BHU), from where he also did his Master's in Physical education in 1994.

Ramveer Singh Bidhuri second richest man

BJP candidate from South delhi, Ramveer Singh Bidhuri is at second place in the list of richest candidates of Delhi. He is also the leader of opposition in delhi Assembly. He has stated in his affidavit that his total assets are Rs 21.08 crore. According to the income tax return of the year 2022-23, Bidhuri's income was Rs 14.93 lakh.

Mahabal Mishra at number three

The third richest candidate among the election contenders is Mahabal Mishra (69), candidate from West delhi seat of Aam Aadmi Party. He has declared assets worth Rs 19.93 crore. Mishra's highest educational qualification is a Pre-University Certificate from LS college Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
