The front Hard Armor Panel (HAP) of this jacket withstands multiple hits (six shots) of 7.62×54 R API (sniper round) in both ICW (in-conjunction) and standalone designs. The ergonomically designed front HAP from DMSRDE is made of a monolithic ceramic plate with polymer backing that enhances wearability and comfort during operation. The areal density of ICW Hard Armor Panel (HAP) and Standalone HAP is less than 40 kg/m2 and 43 kg/m2 respectively.Army is getting strongerIndian army is becoming stronger day by day.
