Whenever voting increased in Banswara, bjp benefited..?

In the second phase of lok sabha elections, voting has taken place on all 25 lok sabha seats including 13 seats in Rajasthan. Now discussions about victory and defeat have started regarding voting percentage. If we talk about Banswara, the hot seat of Vagad, whenever the voting percentage has increased here, bjp has registered victory. But this time the voting was similar to the previous elections. Due to which various kinds of speculations are being made.

Does victory or defeat depend on voting percentage?

Banswara lok sabha seat has been in the news a lot in the state. The reason behind this was Congress's alliance with Bharat Adivasi and candidates contesting here with the congress party symbol. Now let us look at the voting percentage of this hot seat. If we look at the 2009 lok sabha elections, there was 52.68 percent voting here. Then congress had won. After this, in 2014 the voting increased and was 68.86%, then bjp was victorious. After this, in the year 2019, the voting percentage increased again and was 72.75%, even then bjp won. If we look at the elections held on 26th April, 72.24 percent voting took place here. This time there was only 0.51% less voting than the last election.

What are the possibilities?

BJP has won the last two elections due to increase in voting percentage but this time the voting was same as before. In such a situation, there are discussions that Bharat Adivasi got strength due to alliance with congress and bjp got strength due to Mahendrajit Singh Malviya joining BJP. There was said to be a close fight between the two. The voting percentage neither decreased nor increased, due to which the margin of victory and defeat still appears to be small. That means there is a tough competition.

The special thing is that both the candidates Rajkumar Roat of Bharat Adivasi party and Mahendra Jeet Singh Malviya of bjp have got bumper voting in the constituency (Assembly constituency). Rajkumar is the mla from Chaurasi Assembly. Last time there was 69.99 percent voting and this time there was 71 percent voting. Whereas Malviya was the mla from Bagidaura. Last time there was 72.33 percent voting here and this time it was 76.66 percent.
