'Jolt' to sharad pawar group, relief to ajit pawar during elections?

Maharashtra Deputy cm ajit pawar has got relief from the election commission in the case of a code of conduct violation. The returning officer of Baramati lok sabha constituency has submitted a report, which states that there is prima facie no evidence of maharashtra Deputy cm Ajit Pawar's 'fund for vote' statement violating the model code of conduct. Sharad Pawar-led ncp (SP) had alleged violation of the Model Code of Conduct and the Representation of the people Act.

Sharad Pawar led ncp (SP) had filed a complaint against ajit pawar in the election Commission. At an election rally in Indapur in Baramati constituency, ajit pawar had recently said, "As far as funds are concerned, we will cooperate in giving as much as you want, but at the same time press the EVM button fully." There is a need to suppress it.

Baramati's returning officer submitted a report

Baramati returning officer Kavita Dwivedi said that she started investigation after receiving the complaint and sought a response from Ajit Pawar. Dwivedi confirmed that he has submitted a report to the Chief Electoral Officer, giving relief to Deputy cm ajit pawar, Sharad Pawar's party had complained to the EC. It said that he has seen the video of Ajit Pawar's speech and there has been no violation of the Model Code of Conduct. The comments in the video do not mention the name of any particular candidate for whom votes have been sought. He can be heard saying press the buttons of 'our' machine so that it can allocate funds.
