JMM mla Chamra Linda in jharkhand filed her nomination papers as an independent candidate from Lohardaga lok sabha seat on wednesday (April 24). As per the seat sharing agreement in the JMM-led ruling coalition, the Lohardaga lok sabha seat has gone to the Congress. From here, congress has fielded former mla Sukhdev Bhagat. Chamra Linda, mla from the Bishnupur assembly seat, has refused to withdraw her nomination. JMM leader Chamra Linda said, “I informed my party two years ago that I want to contest from this seat to highlight the issues data-faced by the people here. bjp wants to destroy the identity of tribals. Therefore, it is important that the voice of the tribal people of the constituency is heard in Delhi.

Linda's entry in Lohardaga will increase Congress's problems!

According to the PTI report, Chamra Linda, mla from Bishnupur assembly seat, said that he will not withdraw his nomination. He said that it does not matter who calls me, whether former cm Hemant Soren's wife Kalpana Soren or his younger brother Basant Soren. I will not withdraw my nomination. Linda said that her fight is not against congress, but for the tribal people who want a separate religious code.

Many JMM workers were seen along with Chamra Linda who had gone to Gumla to file nomination. Reacting to this development, JMM general secretary and spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya told the media to wait for the date of withdrawal of nominations. If he does not withdraw his nomination then the party will follow its rules.
