Delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate, which is investigating the case related to the violation of liquor policy. arvind kejriwal has been remanded in judicial custody till april 15 by the delhi Rose Avenue Court. Accordingly, he has been lodged in Delhi's Tihar Jail.

Meanwhile, delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal filed a petition in the delhi High court against the arrest and detention of the Enforcement Directorate in the delhi Liquor Policy violation case. The delhi High court heard the petition and dismissed Arvind Kejriwal's petition yesterday.

In this situation, arvind kejriwal has filed a petition in the supreme court against the order of the delhi High Court. Arvind Kejriwal's lawyers will appeal to Chief Justice Amarvil to hear the petition as an urgent case.

“The aam aadmi party MP rejected Arvind Kejriwal's petition on the same grounds. The delhi High court also dismissed Samnjay Singh's plea. However, the supreme court granted him bail. Similarly, we hope that arvind kejriwal will also get justice in the supreme Court.” AAP minister Saurabh Bharadwaj said.

Earlier, arvind kejriwal approached the supreme court the day after he was arrested by the enforcement department. However, he immediately withdrew his plea. On the same day, the supreme court refused to grant relief to Kavita, daughter of the former telangana chief minister, who was involved in the delhi liquor case, saying that protocol cannot be violated and told Kavita to approach the trial court. As a result, arvind kejriwal, who withdrew his petition, approached the supreme court again after 18 days.
