Maharashtra bjp President Chandrashekhar Bawankule said on sunday that state deputy cm devendra fadnavis never opposed Ekanth Khadse, who is about to make a comeback in BJP. Three years ago, Khadse broke his forty-year-long association with the bjp and joined the undivided NCP. Khadse had announced on saturday that he would return to bjp in delhi next week.Khadse resigned as a minister in the then fadnavis government in 2016. He had resigned when the matter related to the land deal came to light. However, before joining NCP, he was in political exile for five years. Khadse had accused fadnavis and his close aide Girish Mahajan of destroying his political career.
