Does deputy cm fadnavis have any objection to Eknath's return?

Maharashtra bjp President Chandrashekhar Bawankule said on sunday that state deputy cm devendra fadnavis never opposed Ekanth Khadse, who is about to make a comeback in BJP. Three years ago, Khadse broke his forty-year-long association with the bjp and joined the undivided NCP. Khadse had announced on saturday that he would return to bjp in delhi next week.

Khadse resigned as a minister in the then fadnavis government in 2016. He had resigned when the matter related to the land deal came to light. However, before joining NCP, he was in political exile for five years. Khadse had accused fadnavis and his close aide Girish Mahajan of destroying his political career. At the same time, it is believed that Khadse's return will strengthen the bjp in the northern region.

Fadnavis always respected Khadse–Bawankule

When asked whether fadnavis has any objection to the return of Eknath Khadse? On this, Bawankule said that fadnavis never opposed Eknath Khadse. fadnavis had given him a lot of respect when he was in bjp and I have seen this myself. The issue of who will join the party is looked after by the Center as well as the State Committee. Both the committees will decide on Khadse's joining.

Relations with Khadse did not deteriorate due to leaving the party – Bawankule

Bawankule said that when Khadse was a minister, fadnavis had fully supported him. Even when Khadse left the party, personal relations with him did not deteriorate. Bawankule said that the party does not refuse to join anyone. Many leaders including ashok chavan and archana Patil have joined us. Our scarf is ready for all those who want to join our party.
