However, Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar, a retired IAS officer of the State election commission and general secretary of Citizens for Democracy (CFD), made key comments on this matter.

Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar asked ap Chief Electoral Officer mukesh Kumar meena to take action against those responsible for the delay in the distribution of pensions in AP. He said that the Central election commission has ordered to distribution of the pension regardless of the volunteers. Some have filed public interest litigation in the high court to distribute pensions with volunteers. He said that the high court expressed awe at their argument. He said that the high court had ordered the distribution of pensions on time. It was alleged that the distribution of pensions was deliberately delayed. He said that the delay was caused by first diverting funds of 2 thousand crores. They said that they have asked the CEO to take action whatever the reasons for this delay. CS jawahar Reddy, who neglected the distribution of pensions, asked to take action against others.
