Election 2024: Parliamentary Elections.. JEE Main... MHT-CET. Date Change of Many Exams - Full Details!

Loksabha Election: As the parliamentary elections are about to begin on april 19, the exam dates for important exams like JEE Main, MHT-CET, and EAPCET have been changed.

 As the parliamentary elections are held from april 19 to june 1, many important exam dates are being changed. These general changes have been announced as the exams including JEE Main, UPSC prelims, NEET PG, KCET, MHT CET, TS EAPCET, TS POLYCET, and ICAI CA coincide with the election day. That list has also been released.

It may be noted that the National Examinations Agency (NTA) has rescheduled the JEE Main 2024 Session 2 to be held from april 4 to 12, 2024 instead of the earlier dates of april 4 to 15. So candidates are encouraged to prepare well in advance.

MHT-CET (PCM AND PCB) Exams

The exams were originally scheduled to be held between april 16 and april 30. In this case, the MHT-CET (PCM Group) exams will now be held from May 2 to 17. Similarly, it has been announced that the PCB board exams will be held between april 22 and 30.

TS EAPCET 2024 and TS POLYCET

The TS EAPCET 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on May 9, 10, 11, and 12, 2024 in two shifts from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Similarly, TS Polyset which was originally scheduled on May 17, 2024, has now been announced to be held on May 24, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

AP EAPCET 2024

The andhra pradesh State Council of Higher education has announced that the andhra pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2024 will be held between May 16 and 22, 2024.

UPSC CIVIL service EXAM

The UPSC Civil services Prelims Exam, which was earlier scheduled on May 26, 2024, has now been rescheduled to june 16, 2024.

NEET PG 2024 and ICAI CA Exams

The NEET PG 2024 exam has been postponed to june 23, 2024, and the results are expected on July 15, 2024. Similarly, ICAI CA Intermediate Exams 2024 will be held on the 3rd, 5th, and 9th of May 2024 for Group 1 and on the 11th, 15th, and 17th of May 2024 for Group 2.

Uncertainty prevails in CUET UG Exams.

With the CUET UG exams scheduled between May 15 and 31, 2024, the National Examinations Agency (NTA) is considering revising the dates for this exam. Dates will be announced soon.

There is no change in JEE ADVANCED, NEET UG exams.

The JEE Advanced 2024 exam will continue as scheduled on May 26, 2024, without any changes. Similarly, NEET UG 2024 is going to be held on May 5, 2024, and no revisions have been announced till now.

KCET 2024 exam dates are not affected.

Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2024 will be held on april 18 and 19, 2024 without any changes.
