No security even for Lord Venkateswara in YSRCP rule

According to tdp official spokesman Neelayapalem Vijaykumar, there is no security in the YSRCP rule, not even for Lord Venkateswara's properties in Tirumala. He claimed that dharma Reddy, the TTD's Executive Officer (EO), and Karunakar reddy, the chairman, are unilaterally awarding contracts to their individuals, profiting greatly from the commissions.

Vijaykumar questioned the EO and the Chairman about why the TTD's specifics are being kept under wraps and not posted on the official website. He questioned if they should withhold the information from pilgrims who are making substantial financial contributions to the temple, given that they have declared that the ttd is exempt from the Right to Information Act.
Even the topics that were addressed at the ttd Trust Board meeting are not being made public, according to Vijaykumar, who noted that there is no openness in the financial problems of the ttd following the appointment of bhumana karunakar reddy as Chairman. He questioned, "Why is the ttd failing in it when even the Centre has been uploading all the GOs on the website?"

Normally, the Trust Board meets once a month, but since Karunakar reddy became the chairmanship, the meetings have only been convened every 15 days to approve contracts for their employees, he said. Within three months of Karunakar reddy taking over as ttd chairman, contracts of over Rs 1300 cr were approved, he added, and without any connection to the budget other than to receive commissions.
