A major accident took place in the Narkatiaganj sugar mill of Bettiah on Tuesday. While working in a sugar mill, an iron plate fell on the workers. Due to this, a laborer died on the spot. Meanwhile, two other people have been injured in this accident. There has been a stir in the area after this incident. Meanwhile, both the injured have been admitted to Bettiah GMCH for treatment, where both the injured are undergoing treatment. The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Virendra Tiwari alias Anil Tiwari of Siswa village of Shikarpur police station area.
Extension work was going on
It is being said that extension work was going on to increase the capacity of the sugar mill. During this, a big iron plate fell from a height and all three workers were buried. After the information, the police of Shikarpur police station reached the spot and sent the body of the deceased laborer for post-mortem. At the same time, considering the serious condition of the injured workers, they have been shifted to the hospital.
The injured were admitted to the hospital.
Regarding this incident, the Shikarpur police station in charge said that people were informed that extension work was going on in the Narkatiaganj sugar mill and some workers got buried due to a plate falling from above. When the police reached the spot, one laborer had died and the other injured were admitted to the hospital, where they are undergoing treatment. The family members have been informed about the death.

The family members who reached the spot saw that Virendra Tiwari had died. After this, the family members are in bad condition and crying. At the same time, family members told that extension work was going on in Narkatiaganj sugar Mill under the contractor Veeran Sharma, during which Virendra Tiwari died due to an accident.
