Out of 25 seats for which BSP has declared candidates, it had won four seats - Saharanpur, Bijnor, Nagina, and amroha in the last lok sabha elections. This time also BSP has tried to establish its social engineering formula. Only time will tell how much success they achieve.

BSP State President Vishwanath Pal says that according to its slogan, BSP has fielded candidates in the lok sabha elections of UP as per its participation.
