A case of cheating and forgery has been registered against former BRS mp Santosh Kumar. police have registered a case at Banjarahills police station regarding land grabbing. A case has been registered against former BRS mp and KCR's nephew Joginipalli Santosh Kumar. A case of cheating and forgery has been registered against santosh kumar in connection with a land deal. hyderabad police have registered this case at Banjarahills police station. The case was filed based on the complaint of Navayuga Engineering Company Limited.
Navayuga Company alleged that Santhosh Kumar illegally entered the land belonging to their company. They alleged that santosh kumar had entered the land belonging to their company in banjara hills by conspiracy and tried to take away the land. According to a complaint filed by a representative of the company, the company had acquired 1,350 square yards of land in banjara hills in 2010. However, the spokesperson said that they have recently come to know that two rooms have been constructed on the land. On inquiry at GHMC, he explained that it was known that Santhosh Kumar and Linga sridhar Reddy were collecting taxes by adding false door numbers to the two rooms built on the land belonging to their company.
The representative of the company confirmed in his complaint that the illegal trespassers had forged and created fake documents to grab the land. Based on this complaint, the police started an investigation against santosh kumar and Lingareddy.
