Uttarakhand Madrasa Board active after HC decision…

A murmur has started in uttarakhand also after the lucknow bench of allahabad high court declared the UP Board of Madrasa education Act 2004 unconstitutional. At present about 416 madrassas are running in Uttarakhand. So far, 43186 children have obtained the degrees of Munshi, Maulvi, Aalim Arabic Persian, Kamil, and fazil from Madrassas during different sessions. Munshi, Maulvi, and Aalim have not received recognition equivalent to the 10th and 12th of uttarakhand Board. In such a situation, the future of children is being played with. After UP, the Madrasa Board of uttarakhand is in action.

Future of thousands of children studying in madrassa in crisis

Uneasiness is visible in the uttarakhand Madrasa Board. However, the decision of the Uttar Pradesh high court is not applicable in Uttarakhand. But enthusiasm is being seen in uttarakhand Madrasa Board. The Chairman of the uttarakhand Madrassa Board is Mufti Shamoon Qasmi. Shamoon Qasmi, who emerged during the Anna movement, has been appointed chairman of the uttarakhand Madrassa Board by the Dhami government.

Madrasa Board Chairman Mufti Shamoon Qasmi says that efforts are being made to get recognition. Efforts are being made to ensure that the degrees of Munshi, Maulvi, Aalim, Arabic, Persian, Kamil and fazil are recognized. Surprisingly, the uttarakhand Madrasa education Board, formed in 2016, has not received recognition at par with the uttarakhand Board. This is the reason why students studying in Madrassas are not getting the benefits even after doing Munshi, Maulvi, Aalim, Arabic, and Persian. At present, the degrees of children studied by the uttarakhand Madarsa Board are of no use unless they are recognized. In Uttar Pradesh, the allahabad high court has declared the UP Board of Madrasa education Act 2004 unconstitutional. After the court's decision, uttarakhand Madrasa Board is now in action.
