Amin Pathan's troubles increased after he assaulted and abused the team that had come to investigate the matter of illegal encroachment by building a farmhouse on Forest Department land. Now a case has come to light against him for keeping a family of two people hostage. police have registered a complaint in this matter.


police have registered a case under several sections against rajasthan State General Secretary of congress Amin Pathan, his wife Razia Pathan, and his nephew Kalu Pathan. The police have freed all the people held hostage and sent them home. Anantpura police station officer Bhupendra Singh said that based on the complaint given to Anantpura police station by Latur Lal Kahar, a resident of Dolar village of Kapren police station area of Bundi district, a case has been registered and an investigation has been started.


What did the victim say?

A complaint in this regard has also been submitted to the Superintendent of police, in which the complainant said that 'he has three sons and a daughter. The applicant's two sons, Rameshwar, aged 30 years, and Radheshyam, aged 28 years, have been living at Amin Pathan's farmhouse for the last four years on a monthly salary for watering the plants and taking care of the farmhouse. The family of applicant Latur Lal's two sons, daughters-in-law, and their children also live with him in the farmhouse.


He further said that 'recently, Amin Pathan's farmhouse was demolished by the Forest Department team after it was found illegal. On this, both the sons of the applicant started coming to their home from there with their respective families, then the bodyguard of Amin Pathan living at the farmhouse, Kalu Khan and another did not allow my two sons and their children to come out of the boundary wall and held them hostage.
