Reportedly after the announcement of lok sabha elections, political parties are fully engaged in preparations. bjp and congress have fielded their candidates on many seats, but one seat in Mewar is stuck due to caste equations. Candidates from both bjp and congress have not been declared on this seat. Last time deputy chief minister diya Kumari was mp from this seat. It is discussed that the caste equation here also remains stuck between Rajput and OBC. Actually, the lok sabha seat we are talking about is Rajsamand seat of Mewar. The politics here remains stuck between Rajput and OBC. In the elections held so far, parties have placed their bets only on OBC and Rajput leaders. It is being discussed that this time too the same issue is being discussed. The largest population here is of OBC followed by Rajput community.

Perhaps after this other societies come. There is talk that congress is churning on the OBC data-face, while bjp can once again give a chance to someone from the Rajput community. There is also a possibility of BJP's list coming today. Talking about the past record of Rajsamand seat, after delimitation in the year 2009, this seat was created by combining Mewar and Marwar. There are eight assemblies in it and if we talk about the current situation, all the eight MLAs here are from BJP.

When talking about the record of last few lok sabha elections, bjp and congress fielded OBC data-faces here, but they lost. In 2009, bjp fielded Rama Singh Rawat, but he lost to Congress's Gopal Singh Shekhawat. In 2014, bjp gave ticket to hari Om Singh Rathore and congress repeated the ticket to Gopal Singh Shekhawat. This time BJP's Hariom Singh had won here. In the last election, BJP's diya Kumari won and Congress's OBC data-face Devaki Nandan gurjar lost.
