Moreover a close contest is expected in bikaner also. Here bjp has again fielded Union minister Arjun ram Meghwal, who has been an mp for two consecutive terms and is the Union Law minister as well as a strong Dalit data-face of the state. congress has fielded Govind Meghwal, who was a cabinet minister in the ashok gehlot government of the state. He is counted among the big Dalit leaders of rajasthan Congress.
