Told that Shashi Yadav will be the candidate for bihar Legislative Council seat from CPI(ML). The seats of former Chief Ministers Rabri Devi and Ramchandra Purve from RJD are falling vacant. One seat each of Premchandra Mishra from congress and Santosh suman from Hindustani Awam Morcha is falling vacant.
