Which women will not get Rs 1000 according to Delhi Budget?
As per report delhi Finance minister Atishi presented the 10th budget of the kejriwal government on monday (March 4). During this time, a big announcement has been made regarding women. While announcing, the Finance minister said that kejriwal government will give Rs 1000 to every woman in Delhi. However, according to the rules, those women who are taking pension from the government or are in government employment will be deprived of this. While announcing this, Finance minister of delhi government, Atishi said that every woman above 18 years of age will be given Rs 1000 every month. kejriwal government will provide this amount to women under the chief minister Mahila Samman Yojana. After presenting the budget, delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal claimed that this scheme will benefit about 45 lakh women.
Meanwhile according to delhi government, not all women will be able to get the benefit of Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana. women taking pension from the government in delhi will not get this benefit. Apart from this, women working in government jobs or paying income tax will also not get Rs 1000 under this scheme.
According to the kejriwal government of delhi, only those women who live in delhi will get the benefit of this scheme. To avail the benefits of the scheme, women should be above 18 years of age. Along with this, it is important to ensure that she is not taking benefit of any government pension or such scheme. Do not pay income tax. While availing the benefits of the scheme, women will also have to give their self-declaration in this regard.
