PM Modi coming to Chennai today for ‘Lotus Conference’.. Changes in traffic

As prime minister Modi is coming to participate in the "Lotus Conference" public meeting to be held at Nandanam in chennai today, it has been announced that traffic has been diverted.

Therefore, some important information has been released in the press release issued by the chennai Metropolitan traffic police that some traffic changes have been made in chennai considering safety reasons.


Accordingly, road users are advised that there is a possibility of traffic congestion from 12 noon to 8 pm from Anna Salai, YMCA Nandanam to Anna Membridge around the venues of the festival. On the occasion of the Prime Minister's visit, traffic is likely to be slightly congested on the surrounding roads, especially Annasalai, sv Patel Road, gandhi Mandapam Road, GST Road, Mount Poontamalli Road Junction and 100 Feet Road.


Motorists are therefore requested to plan their journeys by avoiding these roads and taking other routes. commercial vehicles will be prohibited on the following roads from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
