Problems increased for former minister Amarmani Tripathi..?

The troubles of former minister Amarmani Tripathi, who is absconding in the kidnapping case of a businessman's son in Basti, are increasing. Basti MP-MLA court has expressed displeasure over the working style of the police. Also, the Principal Secretary of the State home and the DGP has been instructed to attach the property of the absconding accused and present it before the Kulinda Court. Now the next hearing on this matter will be held on march 20.

While hearing the case, the court of MP-MLA pramod kumar Giri said that the absconding accused Amarmani is a notorious and influential person, he has a long criminal history, a total of 20 criminal cases including murder are registered against him. For this reason the local police is avoiding taking action under his influence.

There is a case of kidnapping of businessman's son.

In fact, on december 6, 2001, rahul, son of businessman Dharamraj Madheshiya, was kidnapped who was recovered from Amarmani's lucknow residence. In this case, a case of kidnapping was registered in the Kotwali police station. The police had made 9 people including Amarmani accused in this case. It is alleged that the kidnapped child rahul was found in the same house in Lucknow. It belonged to the then minister Amarmani. A non-bailable warrant was issued against Amarmani from 24 october 2011. MP-MLA court had given order two and a half months ago for attachment of the property of absconding accused Amarmani in the kidnapping case. Till now, the police has been able to get information about Amarmani's immovable property only in lucknow and Maharajganj. A house has been found in Nautanwa of Maharajganj and a property in lucknow, the value of which is estimated to be Rs 1 crore 18 lakh 80 thousand.

The Kotwali police investigating the case has pasted the attachment notice at the residence of the accused. During the hearing, Inspector Kotwali Chandan Kumar had given an application in the court that SI Ramesh Yadav was sent to lucknow for the attachment of two properties of the absconding accused. And a request was made to give additional time.
