Reportedly before the rajya sabha Election 2024 in Uttar Pradesh, there is news that there has been a rift in the bharatiya janata party (BJP) led national democratic alliance (NDA). It is claimed that Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj party leader and national president Om Prakash Rajbhar is angry with BJP. It is claimed that he is unhappy with the lack of expansion of yogi cabinet in UP. Rajbhar is reportedly angry at not being made a minister despite continuous promises and talks.
Meanwhile it is noteworthy that he did not even participate in the nomination of 8 rajya sabha candidates in UP on behalf of Bharatiya Janata Party. On february 14 and 15, bjp candidates filed nominations but OP Rajbhar was not present. Nishad party or Nirbal Bharatiya Shoshit Hamara Aam Dal leader Sanjay Nishad and Apna Dal Sonelal leader Ashish patel were present at the time of nomination on both the days. Let us tell you that about one and a half years ago, when the presidential elections were held, Rajbhar had also voted in favor of BJP. Since Rajbhar again joined the nda alliance in July 2023, there have been constant speculations about his becoming a minister and now his opponents are taunting him about it.
Moreover not only this, recently when dara singh Chauhan, who had joined bjp from SP, got the MLC ticket, it was also believed that the cabinet could be expanded soon. Since joining bjp, Rajbhar has said many times that whenever the cabinet is expanded, he will become a minister. He also met home minister amit shah and bjp Chief JP Nadda.
