Mufti Salman Azhari granted bail in inflammatory speech case?

A court in Gujarat's kutch district on sunday granted bail to Mumbai-based Islamic preacher Mufti salman Azhari in another 'provocative speech' case. This case has been registered against Azhari for allegedly giving an 'inflammatory speech' at a religious program organized in Samakhiyali town of the district about two weeks ago.

Samakhiyali police sub-inspector vishal Patel said the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Y Sharma in Bhachau granted bail to the cleric. vishal Patel said that after getting bail, Azhari was taken to rajkot Central Jail, from where Aravalli police will take him into custody on friday in the third 'provocative speech' case registered against him at Modasa police station.

On february 8, Bhachau court had sent Azhari to police custody till Sunday. When he was produced in the court on sunday, Azhari's lawyer filed a bail petition. After hearing both the sides, the court accepted his bail plea. Azhari was granted bail on february 7 in connection with the first FIR registered against him for allegedly delivering a hate speech on january 31 in Junagadh's 'B' division police station limits. He was detained from mumbai on february 5 in connection with this case.

The video went viral on social media

An FIR was registered against Azhari and local organizers Mohammad Yusuf Malik and Azim Habib Odedara under sections 153B and 505 (2) of the indian Penal Code after the video of the inflammatory speech went viral on social media.
