MCD budget passed amid uproar, Rs 16000 crore to be spent

This is a budget of about Rs 16 thousand crores. Mayor Shelly Oberoi held a press conference after the budget was passed and she said, "The first budget of aam aadmi party was passed in MCD today." Shelly Oberoi said, “Our focus in this budget has been on cleanliness and infrastructure. For which purpose the aam aadmi party government has come to MCD. Will fulfill every promise. It will be spent on mechanical sweeping roads, artificial intelligence and education. On the other hand, leader of the house mukesh Goyal said about the uproar, "The role of the opposition was on 6th and 7th february in which they did not give any suggestion of their own and just created ruckus. If we had not passed the budget today, we would have found it difficult to pay salaries to our employees in a few days. We have kept the budget as per the instructions given by the Commissioner.
Opposition is not allowing the house to function – mukesh Goyal
mukesh Goyal said, "Mega PTM will now be in MCD schools for the development of children." This is already going on and will continue. The budget has been kept according to the expenditure stated by the Commissioner. This is the budget of Delhiites. The people of delhi will benefit from this. Good roads will be available, cleanliness system will be good. He said, "Ever since aam aadmi party came to power. Within a year, the opposition has not allowed the house to function.
