Reportedly after the assembly elections, political parties have now started preparing for the lok sabha elections. There are speculations that lok sabha elections may be held in the coming month of April-May. There are 29 lok sabha seats in Madhya Pradesh. In the last 2019 elections, bjp had got 28 seats, while congress had to be satisfied with only one seat. Among these 29 lok sabha seats, bjp has some Atal seats, these include bhopal lok sabha seat. In the 2019 lok sabha elections, 14 lakh 8 thousand 669 votes were cast on bhopal lok sabha seat.

Moreover if we look at the 2019 lok sabha election results, BJP's Pragya Singh Thakur had defeated congress candidate Digvijay Singh. In this election, bjp candidate Pragya Singh Thakur got 8 lakh 66 thousand 482 votes, while Congress's Digivjay Singh got 5 lakh 1 thousand 660 votes. Whereas BSP got 11 thousand 277 votes. In this way, bjp candidate Pragya Singh Thakur had won this election by 3 lakh 64 thousand 822 votes. bjp got 61.54 percent votes and congress 35.63 percent votes.
