Recently indore Development Authority has completed its work. There was still some electrical equipment to be installed in it, which has been done. Very soon chief minister Dr. Mohan Yadav is going to inaugurate it. After its inauguration, this auditorium is going to be the biggest gift for art lovers in the western region of Indore.
Meanwhile photos of Swar Kokila lata mangeshkar from her childhood till her last days have been installed in this auditorium. This auditorium has been constructed in Rajendra nagar area, which is the western area of Indore. Let us tell you that the auditorium building was constructed about 16 years ago, but at that time it was left incomplete. After the death of lata mangeshkar, indore Development Authority had passed a proposal to prepare it in the name of Lata. So that people can admire the auditorium, a museum has also been built here. If we talk about the capacity of the building built at a cost of Rs 23 crore, then this auditorium has a seating capacity of about 1200 people. Apart from this, parking of 700 vehicles can be done in this auditorium. Solar energy will be supplied to the auditorium as a green building in a year or two. To protect the environment, trees are also being planted around the building. indore Development Authority Chairman Jaipal Singh Chavda said that we are appointing an agency to operate this auditorium.
