A meeting of 250-300 saints was held in varanasi regarding the Gyanvapi case. These saints have objected to the statement given by the All india Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) in the Gyanvapi case. In this meeting, Sant Samaj said that the statement of AIMPLB is a statement to provoke the Muslim society. Along with this, the Sant Committee said that the entire complex of Gyanvapi should be handed over to Hindus. It was said in this meeting that if it is not handed over then we will take Gyanvapi in a constitutional manner. National General Secretary of All india Sant Samiti, Swami Jitendranand Saraswati said that AIMPLB has acted irresponsibly. This country will be run by the Constitution, we have taken ram Janmabhoomi through the Constitution and we will also take Gyanvapi in the same way. AIMPLB should avoid making such statements.

Along with this, AIMPLB said that the court took the decision in a hurry and the other party was not given a chance to argue in this matter. He said that the job of the court is not to decide on faith, justice is done according to the argument.

Whereas AIMPLB had said that the 1991 law is an important law, with the help of this law fights can be stopped. If an honest decision is not taken on this law then riots will start in the country. There should be only one standard of justice, if people lose faith in it then it is not good for the country.
