How Azam Khan's lawyer welcomed the decision?
As per report Samajwadi Party's senior leader Azam Khan has got a big relief from the mp MLA Court. Rampur court has acquitted Azam Khan in the Dungarpur case. After the court's decision, Azam Khan was taken from Rampur to Sitapur in the presence of heavy police force. Presently Azam Khan is a prisoner of Sitapur jail. Apart from Azam Khan, seven other accused including retired CO Aale Hasan and former Municipal Corporation President Azhar ali are among those who have been released in the Dungarpur case. However, Azam Khan will not be able to come out of jail because he is convicted in other cases also.
Meanwhile the court gave the verdict of acquittal to all eight accused in the Dungarpur Basti case. In the year 2019, a case was registered against SP leader Azam Khan. In the year 2019, 12 cases were registered for eviction of Dungarpur colony of Ganj police station area. Azam Khan was personally brought from Sitapur jail and former Municipal President Azhar Khan from Bijnor jail for appearance. The hearing of the assault, robbery and criminal conspiracy case against Azam Khan in Dungarpur Basti had been completed.
Former SP Municipal President Azhar ahmed Khan, contractor Barkat Ali, retired CO Aale Hasan, Firoz Khan, Ranu Khan, dharmendra Chauhan, Fasahat ali Khan Sanu and Azam Khan were made accused. Azam Khan's lawyer Nasir sultan welcomed the court's decision. It is noteworthy that a stay application was given recently by Azam Khan's lawyer. Rejecting the adjournment application, the court had given time till january 30 to present its case.
