Tyagi is working to convey Nitish's message to bjp and BJP's message to Nitish. Tyagi had also given the first indication of nitish kumar joining BJP. On december 30, 2023, he had told journalists that there is no permanent enemy in politics. KC Tyagi, who was the lok sabha mp from Hapur, is considered close to Nitish Kumar. Tyagi's son Amrish Tyagi is currently in BJP.
