AP chief minister YS jagan is actively making strategic decisions for the upcoming general elections, focusing on winning a majority of seats. Unprecedented changes and additions of in-charges are underway, particularly as jagan aims for a comprehensive victory in both assembly and lok sabha elections. Reports suggest that only three MPs from the previous election, avinash Reddy, mithun Reddy, and Nandigam Suresh, have retained their seats, while all others are witnessing changes.

Jagan is meticulously selecting in-charges for various assembly constituencies, considering local conditions and social dynamics. The anticipation for the fourth list of candidates is high, with speculations that it will be released shortly, despite a slight delay due to clarifications needed for certain positions.

The ruling ycp has already witnessed changes in in-charges for 59 positions, with 11 in the first list, 27 in the second, and 21 in the third. jagan has been vocal about the necessity of changes to strengthen the party, emphasizing the importance of strong candidates to achieve the goal of winning all 175 seats. He has urged party members to cooperate with the decision-making process, assuring that those who contribute to the party's success will be duly recognized.

As the elections draw near, ycp is gearing up for key meetings, and jagan is set to embark on a state-wide tour from the 25th of this month. The first meeting is scheduled in visakha Bhimili, followed by similar cadre meetings in five regions across the state to bolster party activities and strategies.
