Reportedly the war between israel and Gaza continues from 7 october 2023. On Sunday, january 14, 2024, 100 days of this war were completed, but right now there is no visible sign of the end of the war. Instead of a ceasefire, israel has intensified its campaign of attacks on Gaza. A day earlier on Saturday, 135 people were killed and 312 people were injured in the attacks. The total number of people who died during the 100-day-long war has crossed 24,000. Of these, 8000 fighters were killed, while 16000 civilians died. Among these common people too, 80 percent are women and children.

About 10 thousand people are missing. They are feared to be buried under the debris of the building that was demolished during the bombing. Gaza has a population of 23 lakh, out of which it is said that about 19 lakh people have become homeless.

Moreover at present, there seems to be no scope for an end to the Israel-Gaza war. Recently, Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu's statement came out, in which he said, 'We will destroy Hamas. The war will continue until victory is achieved against Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip. No one can stop israel from achieving victory. Israeli PM Netanyahu says that the 14 km long data-border between egypt and Gaza should be closed forever. All Hamas fighters enter and exit from here. Since this strip is connected to the data-border of another country, it is difficult for israel to directly attack here.
