Shiv Sena-UBT leader priyanka Chaturvedi, while reacting to the assembly Speaker's decision on the issue related to disqualification of shiv sena MLAs, said that she was not surprised by it. priyanka said, "I am not at all surprised in the direction the Speaker's decision is going." We had heard in childhood that 'that which is approved by god happens'. If we are the people of the country then it is said that only that which is approved by the Constitution happens. But after 2014, a new tradition has started 'that which is approved by narendra modi and amit Shah'. This is what we are seeing happening in Maharashtra.
Questioning the Speaker's decision, priyanka Chaturvedi said, "I have a basic question that if the amended party constitution of 2018 was not with the election commission and the Speaker was not with it. Whatever communication there was with the election commission on that basis, why did it go to our leader Uddhav Thackeray? If you did not have the records which are all these AB forms on which these 40 traitor people (MLAs) have fought. So who stopped you from going to the election Commission? You remember in 2022 what your Constitution is. This is opportunism.
