According to ABP Majha, sharad pawar told, "My tenure as an mp will end in two and a half years. After that, I have decided not to contest the elections. I will continue to work till my tenure ends. Will I be allowed there? Shouldn't I work wherever people send me? There is constant talk about my age. I have been in politics since 1967. I will continue to work there.

Addressing the recent developments, sharad pawar also commented on his meeting with rahul Narvekar and chief minister Shinde. He said, if rahul Narvekar is meeting chief minister Shinde then there is scope for doubt, rahul Narvekar should keep his image intact. sharad pawar said that if devendra fadnavis is saying that the government will remain stable after tomorrow's results, it means that he knows about the results. Also, sharad pawar has advised Narvekars that rahul Narvekar should maintain his image.
