Why BJP MLA slapped a police constable on duty?

As per report a case has been registered against a bharatiya janata party (BJP) mla for slapping a police constable on duty in pune city of Maharashtra. police gave this information on Saturday. According to the police, a video of this incident that took place on friday has surdata-faced on social media. In this video, sunil Kamble, mla from pune Cantonment constituency, slapped a constable on duty at Sassoon General Hospital here.

Meanwhile the police officer said that based on the complaint lodged by the constable, a case has been registered against Kamble under section 353 of the indian Penal Code (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty). A program was organized at Sassoon General Hospital, where deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar was also present.

Moreover in the video, Kamble is seen coming down the stairs after the program and slapping a person who came in his way. The officer said that the person was a constable on duty attached to Bundgarden police station. Kamble rejected these allegations and said, “I did not assault anyone. I was coming down the stairs when someone came across my path. I pushed him and moved ahead.”
