Voices of opposition between JDU and RJD before Lok Sabha elections!
JDU National Council meeting was held in delhi on 29 december under the leadership of chief minister Nitish Kumar. Taking an important decision in the meeting, chief minister nitish kumar was made the national president of JDU. In the same meeting, nitish kumar announced to make Devesh Chandra Thakur the candidate from Sitamarhi seat for the 2024 lok sabha elections. Now there is opposition to this in both JDU and RJD. Many leaders of RJD including the current MLC of JDU and former mla have started opposing it. A special meeting was held for Devesh Chandra Thakur in a hotel in patna on friday (January 5). In this, JDU's bihar Legislative Council member Rameshwar Mahato said that it will not happen that whose name is announced, we will consider him as a candidate.
Opposition to the candidature of Devesh Chand Thakur
He said that Devesh Chand Thakur himself had said that some crows sit in patna and hold meetings. He should apologize. He said that unless the party declares anyone as its candidate in a complete manner, we will not consider him as a candidate. A former woman mla of RJD also said that this cannot happen. Unless the party declares it completely, we cannot consider anyone as a candidate.
Now the question is simple that the way the meeting was held on friday, a clear message has been sent that these people together have directly challenged the authority of their own universally respected Nitish Kumar. The question is also what will be the effect of this meeting. Also, can the party take any major action against these people in the coming days?
