The Prime Minister's office (PMO) welcomed Dr. Jitendra Singh, a Union minister of state, and Lieutenant governor (LG) Manoj Sinha to the flag-off event from the Shri Mata vaishno devi Katra railway station.Prime minister Modi was thanked by Sinha for dedicating the new Vande Bharat train to Union territory.
