Why former CM Ashok Gehlot removed two officers on OSD?

Reportedly the rajasthan government removed two Officers on Special Duty (OSD) on 26 December. Devaram saini, who was OSD to former chief minister ashok gehlot, is also included among the officers who were removed. These officers have not been appointed to any other post yet. In this regard, the State Personnel Department issued this order on monday (26 December). According to the order issued by the state government, Dr. Devaram saini and Mahipal Kumar, OSD to the chief minister of rajasthan, are kept on waiting for posting (APO) till further orders. Both of them are officers of rajasthan Administrative Service. Dr. Devaram saini has been with ashok gehlot for a long time.

Meanwhile he has been appointed OSD of cm and rajasthan Administrative service (RAS) officer yogesh Kumar Srivastava has been appointed OSD to the new chief minister of the state, Bhajan Lal Sharma. After the change of power, during the tenure of Gehlot government, the Principal Secretary and Secretary to the chief minister have already been removed and placed in Awaiting Posting (APO).
