Big action against Umesh Pal Murder accused, house confiscated
Big news related to Umesh Pal and two government gunner shootout case has come out. The attachment of the house of bomber Guddu Muslim, carrying a reward of Rs 5 lakh, has started. The Dhumanganj police station is carrying out the attachment process. Since the house was sealed on december 2, only a notice was posted after making an announcement. Prayagraj Development Authority's Joint Secretary and Zonal Officer ajay Kumar ordered to open the seal.
Three storey house built in 585 square meters in the name of Chand Bibi
Following the order of PDA, Dhumanganj police station broke the lock and entered the house. There is a house in the name of Chand Biwi, wife of Guddu Muslim, in Behnana Tola of Chakia Chak Niratul of Khuldabad police station area. There is a three-storey house built in 585 square meters in the name of Chand Bibi. Prayagraj Development Authority had already sealed this house due to illegal construction.
After the Umesh Pal shootout case, the entire family is absconding after locking the house. Dhumanganj police station had declared Guddu Muslim a fugitive by issuing a notice under Section 82 CrPC before the SC/ST court. Now Guddu Muslim's house is being attached under Section 83 CrPC.
