In this situation, the US government is facing new problems in keeping foreigners in the country. people working in the US under H1B visas have to go to their home country for visa renewal when their visa period expires. To remedy this, it decided to bring back a scheme that had been in place for many years. The project has been reviewed and approved by the Department of Information and Regulatory Affairs, which is currently in the US White House. H1B applicants selected through this program can renew their visas in the US.
The trial of this special program will take place in January, and the US government will select 20,000 applicants in the first phase. This program is only applicable to those already working in the US on an H1B visa. The united states has already imposed many restrictions on visas and citizenship for Chinese.
